About Sarah

Meet your future mentor!

With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities, I’m passionate about helping my clients live fuller, more independent lives. My advocacy and work has led me to some incredible experiences, including speaking at the Inland Empire Regional Center Annual Legislative Event, where I shared real world insights about the power of mentorship and the challenges and triumphs in serving persons with disabilities.

I am CPR and CPI Blue Card certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention, giving me the skills to safely and effectively support individuals in challenging situations, whether in person or over Zoom.

Over the years, I’ve also worked as a mentor/ job coach, guiding individuals to succeed in positions at more than 20 companies through out the Inland Empire and Orange County regions. I’ve helped clients complete countless applications and forms for their personal goals, developing a deep understanding of the unique needs of the special needs community.

At Neuronook, I bring all of this experience along with genuine care, patience, and respect to every session. My goal is to create a supportive, empowering space where each client feels heard, understood, and equipped to thrive both in the workplace and in life.

What happens if client wants to end the session early?

To respect everyone’s time and scheduling, full payment is required for the booked session length. If a session ends early, the full fee still applies, as that time was reserved exclusively for you and could have been offered to another client.

How much do mentorship sessions cost?

Each personalized one-on-one Zoom mentorship session lasts 1 to 2 hours per client and cost $40 per hour.

I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Zelle, credit/debit cards.

Payment Agreement
To ensure a smooth and focused session, payment is kindly requested before session begins, and a signed contract is required to get started. This helps us both commit fully to your personalized mentorship experience.

What if session goes over scheduled time?

To respect everyone’s schedule, sessions end at the agreed-upon time so I can prepare for the next client. I will need to leave promptly once the session time ends, I appreciate your understanding!

How is Neuronook different from a tailored day adult services program?

One of my main goals is to give parents peace of mind by providing meaningful mentorship, so they can confidently go about their day, run errands, or focus on their own priorities, knowing their adult loved one is safely engaged, learning, and growing.

Why are sessions only 1-2 hours?

My sessions are designed to give adults with disabilities meaningful social interaction and personalized support while also giving families the freedom to run errands, go grocery shopping, or take care of their own needs. These focused sessions help clients engage, socialize, and enjoy quality time with a supportive mentor so they stay motivated and never get bored!

Frequently Asked Questions

Neuronook offers personalized, one-on-one mentorship sessions via Zoom, focusing solely on your loved one from the comfort and safety of your own home. Traditional adult day programs experience very high staff turnovers. This means your loved one is meeting new mentors regularly. With Neuronook you get consistent dedicated support from me every time. No need for your loved one to constantly be paired with someone new all the time.

You’ll never have to worry about unfamiliar caregivers coming into your home or strangers driving your loved one for long hours. Instead, I offer trusted, compassionate mentorship designed to empower your loved one.

Benefits for parents and caregivers

Can I book multiple sessions back-to-back?

I want to make sure every participant has a chance to connect and benefit from mentorship time. For that reason, I can’t schedule the same participant for all my available hours in a row. This way, everyone gets a fair opportunity — and your loved one stays engaged without feeling “Zoom fatigue.”
